Teacher Appreciation Appreciation :)

Dear Team Wilkinson,
I cannot say thank you enough for the showering of appreciation you shared with me this week.  You are certainly top notch and have made my week very special!!!  I'm sure you all judge my diet after this week, so I must tell you that I do work out and am a lifelong member of the Cavity-free Cub at my dentist's office (my dentist is my dad!!).  What I loved most about this week though was getting to see so many familiar adult faces in our room/cafeteria and the reward of an extra hug every time a kiddo came to drop something off.  I also received a special memory book with a page from each student and I really liked looking back at their view of the school year.  Some of them shared memories that I had forgotten about!
I am blessed to spend each day with your children and anxiously look forward to the adventures the next 30 days will bring.  We have much to celebrate as a team and have some fun things planned :).  As always, you are more than welcome to join us and share in these experiences!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Love,
Ms. Wilkinson

"Bucket Filling"...also filled my bottom drawer, so I will have plenty of energy to complete end-of-year-paperwork:

After visiting the allergist on Monday, this was a perfect bouquet for the week (with high pollen counts in the Ohio Valley):

A special delivery that may have caused a carb-overload:

A visit from the Starbucks Fairy boosted my energy level in the afternoon.  Coupled with gift cards, my Starbucks baristas and I are really getting to know each other:

Leader of the Month!!

Jeremy is being recognized for his strong practice of Habits 2, 3 and 4 during the month of April while working on a special independent project.  Jeremy regularly Put First Things First, during these activities and displayed a positive Think Win-Win attitude that led him to be successful in completing the project.  Team Wilkinson is proud of you Jeremy!!

Jeremy's celebration was even more special this month when it was announced his little brother was being recognized by his kindergarten class!!!   We also applauded Alexander's little sister for her honor!!
